Our Patient Portal is powered by InteliChart. After providing us with your email address, you will receive an email automatically to enroll. If you need a PIN, or assistance from our Patient Experience team, please call (817) 789-6770 and press option 2 for “scheduling.” You can also text us at this number for assistance. Emails will come from [email protected] – be sure to check your junk/spam folders for your email.
